"Reconstruction work in Karabakh will be an excellent example of post-conflict reconstruction," a professor of Rome University, a participant of, the" South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation" international forum in Shusha Salvador Santangelo told APA.

He expressed hope that the international community would help clear mines in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

"This is my second visit to Karabakh. I think the history of this place will be an excellent history of post-conflict reconstruction. Azerbaijan is implementing big projects not only for the past but also for the future. Therefore, I think it is important that we are here, study these projects and talk about them
